Join us for small group discussions of Race Talk and the Conspiracy of Silence by Derald Wing Sue.  As you read the book, it is our hope that you will keep an open mind, lean into your discomfort, learn from your colleagues, contribute to discussions in ways that are personally impactful. More importantly, we hope that this experience provides you with a meaningful opportunity to bring out the best in you.
