Timelines, Teams, and Tools: Helping Review Teams Organize and Coordinate Their Systematic Review Projects (Recording)

Do you work on systematic review teams and want to increase your number of co-authored publications and your status in your library and field? Kate Krause and Lynn Kysh, two highly experienced librarians on review teams, will show how you can accomplish this by adding review team selection, organization, and project management to your skillset.

In this interactive webinar, you’ll learn how to help select team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct a systematic review and how to establish responsibility for each step of the review process.

You’ll learn practical ways to help teams set realistic timelines and how to guide teams in selecting project management tools (e.g., Google Drive and AirTable) to keep them on track.

You’ll leave the session with new skills that will help you ensure that review projects are well-thought-out, well-organized, and completed on time and with increased confidence and comfort in initiating discussions on important issues with review teams.

This webinar is required for Level II of the Systematic Review Services Specialization.
