This webinar presents resourceful ways to make program evaluation less overwhelming for busy project teams. Strategies include evaluation planning tools, using existing data, combining evaluation with other project activities, and enlisting the help of others in data collection.

Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to

  • Explain how evaluation questions and logic models allow evaluations to be run more efficiently

  • Use Diffusion of Innovation (theory of behavior change) to establish reasonable and measurable outcomes

  • Identify time-saving strategies for conducting evaluations

Agenda 
This is a one-hour workshop that covers time-saving evaluation methods. It is primarily lecture with PowerPoint slides. Polls are used to encourage participation from participants

Facility Requirements  
This is a synchronous learning experience that we deliver via web meeting software. (We use WebEx.) Our participants have to have an Internet connection and telephone access.
