Beginning with EndNote*
The goal of this course is to understand how to use EndNote at a basic level for organizing research articles and citing literature in research papers. This includes adding new content to EndNote libraries, organizing the library into groups, sharing the library with collaborators, and using Cite While You Write to add citations to bibliographies in Microsoft Word. The course will include a brief lecture overview, live demonstrations, and plenty of time for practice using guided exercises.
Attendees should bring a laptop to the session. Please download a free trial of EndNote to this laptop less than 30 days before the course. If you are using a Mac, make sure you have Firefox or Chrome installed and use one of these browsers to download EndNote (it does not work well with Safari).
